These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the retiresardinia.com website and the relocation-support services offered by RetireSardinia. By using the site or subscribing to a service, you accept these terms.

Purpose

These terms govern the relationship between you and RetireSardinia regarding the use of the site, your account area and the relocation-support services described below.

The service

RetireSardinia provides relocation support to Italy to benefit from the 7% tax regime. In particular:

• Standort-Check: a free questionnaire giving an indicative assessment of your eligibility for the 7% regime and a selection of five possible destinations.
• Relo-Hub: a complete 'turnkey' package covering document management, translations and the coordination of professionals through to the completion of your move.
• The online platform (your account area) to follow your case, documents and communications.

Account and registration

To access certain features you must create an account with accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.

Standort-Check

The Standort-Check result is purely indicative and informational: it is not tax or legal advice and does not guarantee actual admission to the 7% regime, which depends on review by the competent authorities and the appointed professionals.

Reserving and paying for the Relo-Hub

The Relo-Hub package is reserved without immediate payment: after your request we contact you for a first consultation, and payment takes place afterwards, in the manner indicated to you. The package price is [€2,500, to be confirmed], unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any third-party costs (taxes, public charges, professionals' fees) are not included unless stated otherwise.

The role of RetireSardinia and of the professionals

RetireSardinia coordinates and supports your move as your single point of contact. Legal, tax and notarial services are provided by independent professionals selected on merit. RetireSardinia is not a law or tax firm and receives no commission from the professionals: you pay only the chosen professional's fee.

Your obligations

To enable us to provide the service, you agree to:

• provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information and documents;
• cooperate and respect the timelines the procedures require;
• use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Right of withdrawal

If you act as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days of its conclusion, under the Italian Consumer Code, unless performance of the service began with your consent before that period expired. [Withdrawal procedures will be detailed here.]

Limitation of liability

We undertake to provide the service with the utmost professional care. However, we cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on third parties or the competent authorities (for example the actual granting of the tax regime or the timing of public offices). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the services directly provided by RetireSardinia.

Intellectual property

The site's content (text, graphics, logo, trademarks) belongs to RetireSardinia or the respective owners and may not be used without authorisation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for legal or service reasons. Changes will be published on this page with the update date; for ongoing contracts we will inform you of any material changes.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the court of [city], without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections provided by the law of your country of residence.
